Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened products: Seal intact, original packaging undamaged.
  • Defective/damaged items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Incorrect items shipped: Verified by our team.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened supplements, creams, or consumables (hygiene regulations).
  • Products without original packaging or seals.

2. Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email expert@elevateyourwellness.co.za with:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) + reason for return
  • Photos (for damaged/defective items)

Step 2: We’ll respond within 24 business hours with:

  • Approval/denial of return
  • Courier return label (if applicable)
  • Return address instructions

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer-fault returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): 
    • Return shipping paid by customer.
  • Our-fault returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items):
    • Pre-paid Courier return label provided.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving returned items.
  • Original payment method credited (EFT: 5–7 banking days).
  • Restocking fee: 15% for unopened returns (excludes defective items).

5. Damaged/Defective Products

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll replace or refund immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Products used, opened, or altered.
  • Late return requests (beyond 14 days).
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

7. Health Product Disclaimer

Supplements and wellness products are not medical treatments. Individual results may vary. Consult a healthcare provider before use. Returns do not imply product inefficacy.
