Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Orders over R800.00 qualify for FREE nationwide delivery.
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of R99 applies to orders under R800.
- Express Shipping: Overnight express delivery available at R149.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.

Order Processing
- Orders received before 14:00 are generally shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 14:00 are shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.
Important Notes
- No shipping on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times may be affected by holiday seasons or unexpected delays.
Delivery & Liability
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure a full and correct street address is provided. PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Failed Deliveries: Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Lost Parcels: Any parcel not received must be reported to expert@elevateyourwellness.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Liability: Elevate Wellness is not responsible for delays or losses once parcels have been handed over to the courier.
