Elevate Wellness – “Shop to Win a R3,000 Life Day Spa Voucher” Promotion

Effective Date: 7 October – 31 October 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the Elevate Wellness “Shop to Win a R3,000 Life Day Spa Voucher” competition. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Promoter

  • This competition is run by Elevate Wellness (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
  • Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Elevate Wellness, its affiliates, and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition runs from 7 October 2025 to 31 October 2025, inclusive (“Competition Period”).
  • Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter the competition, participants must:
  • Purchase any Elevate Wellness product on www.elevateyourwellness.co.za during the Competition Period.
  • Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry into the prize draw.
  • For a bonus entry, participants may tag a wellness buddy on the official competition post on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Participants must follow the Elevate Wellness Instagram and/or Facebook page to remain eligible.
  • Multiple purchases = multiple entries. Each purchase counts as a separate entry.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a R3,000 Life Day Spa Voucher.
  • The voucher is subject to Life Day Spa’s standard terms and conditions and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner when redeeming the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected by random draw after the Competition Period ends.
  • The draw will take place within 5 business days of the competition’s closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram, Facebook, or email (depending on the entry method used).
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, or fails to claim the prize within the timeframe communicated, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Announcement

  • The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be published on Elevate Wellness’s official social media channels after the winner has been contacted and confirmed.
  • By entering, participants consent to their name and/or handle being shared publicly in connection with this competition.

8. General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control, without liability.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received for any reason.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.

9. Data Privacy

  • Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Elevate Wellness’s Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to administer the competition (e.g. contacting winners).

10. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.
  • By participating, you agree to release Meta from any responsibility related to the competition.
