The promoter of the Summer Elevated Competition is Elevate Wellness (Pty) Ltd, trading as Elevate Wellness (“the Promoter”).

The competition is conducted in collaboration with Nutribullet South Africa, Veaudry, Porter, NUXE South Africa and Alchemy Studio (“Prize Partners”).
The competition opens at 00:00 SAST on Friday, 28 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 SAST on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
The competition is open to participants who:
are 18 years or older;
are lawful residents of South Africa;
have a valid South African delivery address; and
have an active Instagram account.
Employees, directors, members, agents, consultants and suppliers of the Promoter or Prize Partners, and their immediate family members, spouses, life partners and business partners, may not enter.
No purchase is required to enter.
Participants must complete all four mandatory entry requirements during the competition period:

3. SUBSCRIBE
Subscribe to the Elevate Wellness newsletter via the link in bio or at elevateyourwellness.co.za, using a valid email address and providing your Instagram handle when subscribing.
4. TAG
Tag friends in the comments of the official Summer Elevated competition post.
Once the mandatory entry requirements above have been completed, each unique friend tagged constitutes one entry. Participants may tag as many unique friends as they wish for additional chances to win.
The same person may not be tagged more than once for additional entries.
Participants may not use multiple Instagram accounts, email addresses or other methods to manipulate the number of entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise invalid entry.
Participants with private Instagram accounts may be required to provide reasonable proof that the participating accounts were followed and that the competition post was shared to their Instagram Story.
One winner will receive the Summer Elevated Prize Package, consisting of:
One complete Elevate Wellness collection;
One Nutribullet Blender;
One Veaudry Hair Iron;
One Porter Hobo Shopper;
The NUXE Plump & Glow Routine, including two full-size products; and
One Alchemy Studio 4 Session Class Bundle.
The combined recommended retail value of the prize is more than R10 000.
Specific product models, colours, sizes and variants are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the relevant Prize Partner.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, deferrable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility, including travel or transport associated with any class, experience or service.
The Alchemy Studio class bundle is subject to the provider’s booking requirements, availability, location restrictions, terms of participation and applicable expiry date.
If any advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or relevant Prize Partner, it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value.
One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid and verified entries.
The draw will take place on or before 07 October 2026 and will be overseen and certified by an independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate, as required by applicable South African law.
The winner will be contacted via the official @elevatewellnessza Instagram account and/or the email address provided when subscribing.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and facilitate delivery of the prize, which may include proof of identity and address.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or has submitted an invalid entry, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected by a further random draw.
The winner will be announced on @elevatewellnessza following successful verification.
The Promoter will never ask a winner to make a payment or provide banking details to claim the prize.
Physical prizes will be delivered to one valid address within South Africa. The Promoter and Prize Partners will coordinate delivery within a reasonable period following verification of the winner.
The Promoter and Prize Partners are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, courier delays or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Any class, experience or service included in the prize remains subject to the relevant provider’s standard booking, availability and participation requirements. The winner may be required to acknowledge receipt of the prize.
The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
Participation in publicity, marketing activities or the use of the winner’s name, image or likeness is voluntary, and the winner may decline without affecting their entitlement to the prize.
Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer and verify entries, contact the winner, deliver the prize and, where applicable, send Elevate Wellness marketing communications.
By subscribing to the Elevate Wellness newsletter, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Elevate Wellness. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
Personal information may be shared with Prize Partners and relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to verify the winning entry, arrange delivery or facilitate prize redemption.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with Elevate Wellness’s privacy policy and applicable South African data-protection legislation.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to unlawfully restrict, limit or exclude any rights or obligations arising under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) or other applicable South African legislation.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the competition, submits fraudulent or misleading information or otherwise attempts to manipulate the entry process.
The Promoter and Prize Partners are not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet access, unavailable social-media services, lost or delayed entries or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
The Promoter may amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
Participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the competition, to the extent permitted by law.
Participants understand that their information is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
The Promoter will retain the records relating to the competition for the period required by applicable South African law.
The competition will be conducted and documented in accordance with the applicable requirements governing promotional competitions.
